Main Form
The main form gives you easy access to all major functions of the program. The window can be personalized to display your business name.

Client Information
This window allows you to manage client contact information. Also provides easy access to client history, formula, referrals, and ability to book appointments.

Appointments
The appointment window allows you to schedule client appointments as well as any upcoming events.  You can also color code events and easily move them by "drag and drop". To view the appointment/event details simply double click the item. Appointments can also be configured to link with Microsoft Outlook 2000 or 2003.

Service Ticket
The service ticket window allows you to easily create service tickets and also provides easy access to client information, history, formula, and ability to book appointments. Need to pay with cash and credit card? No problem, simply use the split payment feature.  

Software includes built in credit card processing through our integration with X-Charge.

Expenses
This expense window allows you to track business expenses for the year. Then simply run the Expense Report to get a total of all expenses for the year.

Inventory Control
The inventory window allows you to track inventory of retail items. Inventory is automatically updated each time an item is added to a Service Ticket.  The system can also be configured to notify you when items need to be re-ordered.

Reports
The software offers several built in finance and client reports to help you manage your business. Print client labels for mailings, view monthly finance reports, service/retail reports, and much more.
Backup
Put your mind at ease with the database backup feature. This feature allows you to copy your database to thumb drive (or other backup drive) with one click of a button.

Vendors
The vendor window allows you to track vendor contact info. These vendors are also used in the expense module and Inventory Control to easily link an expense or retail item to a vendor.
